At CABINE boutique, all items are shipped with Tracking Number from France or Germany. We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the package as well as the shipping destination.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CABINE boutique. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. We will issue a refund or exchange once the item has been received and inspected. Please contact us for instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange.
For any damaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you received the product, and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method (except shipping expenses). Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally sent from.
